If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples
John 8:31-32: Jesus said, "If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free."
Every true disciples of Jesus continue in His doctrine, that profiting more and more in the knowledge of the truth they may be delivered from the most grievous burden of sin, into the true liberty of righteousness and life. There are some things more coveted than freedom. Everyone die for it. Many pray for it. And most of them strive for it. True freedom comes from knowing the (Jesus) truth. Knowing truth eventually comes by living in obedience to Jesus. Truth is not just something we think about or believe. Truth is something we do, we live. Hence Jesus adds the condition of discipleship. Their belief must move them to accept His word and obey them. Jesus makes a condition, continue in my word; a promise, shall be my disciple.
Heavenly Father, To the only true God be glory, honor, power and praise. Father we seek not only your presence in our daily life, but also your pleasure in the choices we make. Please teach us more of your truth as we pledge to live today in obedience to your word and your will. Through Infant Jesus the living Word we pray. Amen.

GOD THE FATHER is so much in love with the LORD JESUS CHRIST that HE determined that the whole universe should be peopled with sons made unto this, the firstborn beloved SON. This is our glorification. This is the future of the one who believes in CHRIST. Anything that can be said about JESUS CHRIST, except HIS eternal... position and HIS earthly incarnation for the purpose of redemption, can be said about every one of HIS redeemed, whom GOD counts as already glorified. In Infant Jesus name . Amen...
